I just split up our phone bill for January using my Rechnungs Checker application. The 1.0 version is ready in fact - complete with (somewhat crappy) English translation, I am just wanting to put better icons on it, before releasing.
Using the application for the third month now, it actually knows the vast majority of the numbers people in our flat dial and assigns them accordingly. That makes splitting up the phone bill a much less painful exercise.
